Orange County California Hotel Meeting Rooms
Select the space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices. From ballrooms to boardrooms and every room in between, our flexible meeting rooms can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements.
To ensure your meeting fulfills your standards, all of the meeting and banquet rooms in our Four-Diamond Southern California hotel offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment.
Lobby Level
Grand Ballroom
Our most expansive space, this elegant venue is ideally suited for a wide variety of events. Host the opening session of your company meeting to a theater-style gathering with 2,000 attendees. Organize an industry trade show, with 90 full-sized exhibits. The Grand Ballroom can easily be divided into as many as five sections, with capacities ranging from 45 to more than 600.
Adjoining the Grand Ballroom is our pre-function area. Serve a continental breakfast buffet prior to your meeting, set up registration and information tables or host a cocktail party prior to your formal dinner.
Saddleback / Trabuco
Select either of these two identical rooms for small to mid-sized events. Each offers lovely garden views from private terraces, which may also be used during your meeting. Their convenient location near the Grand Ballroom make them ideal for breakout sessions or buffet luncheon set-ups.
Pelican Hill / Shady Canyon / Oak Creek / Woodbridge / Quail Hill / Santiago
Bordering the Grand Ballroom are these six similar meeting rooms. With capacities ranging from 20 in a U-shape format to 60 for a reception or theater set-up, each offers many options for your event. Create vendor lounges during your trade show, set up a private meeting room for VIPs or hold training classes for continuing education credits.
Conference Theater
Our state-of-the-art Conference Theater instantly sets the mood for a successful event. Executive-style leather chairs and a clear view from each of the 82 seats let everyone participate in the entire meeting. Lecture colleagues on a new innovation - taking full advantage of our complete audio-visual technology - hold a teleconference, or introduce a new advertising campaign to your employees.
Crystal Cove
Situated away from the main conference areas - just off the lobby and close to hotel amenities - this mid-sized venue offers a spacious area for your meeting. As one large room, Crystal Cove can easily accommodate 80 in a classroom setting or 90 for a formal banquet. For smaller events, the room can be separated into two salons. An adjoining terrace lends an ideal space for coffee breaks in the fresh air.
Boardroom
Choose this impressive boardroom for VIP gatherings or private receptions for 18 guests. Featuring a classic boardroom worktable, comfortable leather seating and executive amenities, this room can also be converted for an intimate reception, complete with butler-served hors d'oeuvres and fine spirits.
Second Floor Conference Center
Turtle Rock
When more private spaces are needed for your meeting, select this grouping of three rooms located on the hotel's second floor. With similar capacities ranging from 18 to 40 attendees, these venues work well for planning committee meetings or training sessions. Utilize two rooms for meetings while hosting a coffee break or seated luncheon in the third. Honor your top clients with a cocktail reception for 40 or host an award dinner for your most productive sales members.

Cabana Boardroom
Surrounded by lush vegetation, with views of the pool and gardens, Cabana Boardroom offers a refreshing change for your event. Breathe new life into a budget meeting, or enjoy a pool party-themed luncheon buffet during your meeting break, complete with lifeguards and party music.
Cabana Terrace / Terrace Court
Take advantage of our beautiful Southern California weather to host a classic cocktail reception, a relaxed dinner or an energizing coffee break. Cabana Terrace can accommodate small groups with as many as 40 guests, while Terrace Court is ideal for larger groups of 200 or 300.
Garden Pavilion
This lovely, unique setting allows your guests to enjoy the fresh air in a comfortable, climate-control environment. At 6,000 square feet, the Pavilion is suitable for a wide variety of events, from formal dinner dances to trade shows and meetings.
